O AUTORU

 ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Vlada Čep is a Serbian author, philosopher, and humanist who writes at the crossroads of the political and the spiritual, the real and the prophetic, the daily and the eternal. His works are not only reflections of the world we live in but also warnings—and beacons—of what may come.

As the author of Time of Kindness, a novel where human empathy becomes a weapon against human trafficking, and Circle of Silence, a dystopian thriller about control, faith, and silence as resistance, Čep weaves a narrative thread that demands both an awakened reader and an aware human being.

His literary voice combines sharp social insight with an unshaken belief in the possibility of reclaiming human dignity. He does not shy away from the darkness—but uses it to reveal where light still flickers.

Čep believes literature is not an escape from reality, but a summons to return to oneself—and that words, when spoken truthfully, are the quietest and most powerful revolution.
